Phoenix Contact Pick-Off Terminal Blocks for Railway Technology

Phoenix Contact’s AGK PT pick-off terminal blocks represent a robust and space-efficient solution for modern railway applications. Built for compact and high-performance potential distribution, these terminals combine heavy-duty bolt connections with the convenience and speed of Push-in technology.

The AGK PT terminals are designed to be mounted on the HV and RBO series bolt connection terminal blocks, delivering a hybrid interface that supports both power input via cable lugs and multi-point output via Push-in contacts. Each terminal supports M10 or M12 bolt configurations and is available with either four or eight galvanically connected Push-in contacts. This makes them ideal for high-current rail applications, where space, accessibility, and electrical reliability are paramount.

These terminals can accommodate conductor cross-sections up to 10 mm² and support currents up to 150 A. This allows for the efficient distribution of power within tight control cabinets, making them highly suitable for the constrained environments found in rolling stock and rail infrastructure systems. The Push-in connection not only saves time during installation but also ensures a vibration-resistant, maintenance-free electrical contact.

The AGK PT pick-off terminals are part of Phoenix Contact’s continued commitment to innovation and safety in railway technology. Supported by a wide range of parts these components offer a complete solution for high-demand, safety-critical rail applications.
